Welcome to The Orchard campsite, Croyde, North Devon.

We’re a hidden gem tucked away at the very heart of Croyde village. Our idyllic family-run campsite is just a ten-minute stroll from Croyde’s beautiful sandy beach, renowned surf break, and stunning coastline. It's a true adventure playground for beach-loving, water sports, cycling, running and walking enthusiasts.

 

Tried and trusted with many of our campers booking time and time again, The Orchard is one of Croyde’s longest-running campsites, offering camping for tents and VW style vans at a great price.

 

The site has the added bonus of being extremely sheltered from the elements so if the weather does kicks off (a North Devon speciality), you’ll stay dry and your tent will stay put - we haven't lost one yet!

At The Orchard campsite we’ve got the best of both worlds; a sought-after location bang in the middle of Croyde village but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel away from it all. 

 

Picturesque Croyde is a beautifully traditional North Devon village with a vibrant but laid-back surf vibe. Packed with great shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, there’s everything you could wish for right here, just past the zip of your tent. You can wake up in the heart of the village and stroll round the corner to the village stores to stock up on a delicious breakfast or treat yourself in one of the village’s delicious eateries.
